Dr. Gursev Sandlas is a consultant Paediatric Surgeon at Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre. He has a keen interest in Minimal Access Surgery in Children utilizing both Laparoscopic and Robotic Techniques.

He spearheads the Only Comprehensive Robotic Paediatric Surgery Program in Western India. He specializes in Complex Uro-genital and Hepatobiliary Reconstruction in Children.

He runs the only Integrated Robotic and Laparoscopic Paediatric Surgery Program in India and has many firsts to his credit including the 1st Paediatric Robotic Live Resection, The First Robotic Intravesical Ureteric Reimplantation, the 1st Robotic Pancreatic Repair in India and the 1st Robotic Duhamel’s Procedure in the world for Hirschsprung’s Disease.
